Well, good news, the rumors are true! Twitter rolled out a new subscription tier called Twitter Blue on the 3rd of June, starting only with Canada and Australia.
What is Twitter Blue?
Twitter Blue is a new monthly subscription tier that grants its users exclusive access to various premium features for a modest charge.
For now, it is only available on Twitter for iOS in Canada and Australia. According to Twitter, the Android release and additional regions will be available very soon.
Just to eliminate the confusion, free Twitter is not going anywhere. Twitter Blue is an additional subscription to access some additional features to provide you more creative options to enhance your Twitter experience.
Twitter Blue subscribers have access to Bookmark Folders, Reader Mode, and an Undo Tweet option. And Twitter intends to provide more additional premium features for its subscribers in the future.

- When you enable this option, you’ll get a countdown that shows you how much time is left until your 30-second Tweet Undo period ends and your Tweet goes live on Twitter. You can change this countdown period to 5, 10, 20 or 60 seconds on the Twitter Blue Settings menu. You will still have the option to directly send tweets without checking the preview with Send Now option.
Quite recently, Twitter gives users new hope for the editing of tweets, with Kayvon Beykpour, Product Lead, asking the question in a tweet poll.
Twitter has also announced that Twitter Blue subscribers will access customizable Twitter app icons and in-app color themes.

How to apply to Twitter Blue?
Once Twitter Blue is available in your region, you will see a dedicated sub-menu for Twitter Blue on the left-hand side menu. At the end of the menu, find the Twitter Blue option and click it to subscribe.
Twitter Blue subscription is priced regionally, and you will make your payments monthly. If you want to check the pricing information of your region first, it will be accessible on the Twitter Blue Menu.
As it is a monthly subscription service, you can always pause or cancel your Twitter Blue subscription. In that case, your subscription will be canceled or paused at the end of your billing cycle.
How to edit Tweets
We all know that Twitter doesn’t offer an edit Tweets button. Once your tweet is live, you don’t have any option to edit tweets. Twitter Blue doesn’t also offer an “edit Tweets” button, but with Undo Tweet feature, you can check the preview of your tweet before your Twitter audience can see it.
